Assessment during the negotiation for land purchase.
Definition of the product to be developed in the architectural project.
Economic control of the whole project.
Management of local permits (building permit, license of first occupation, etc.)
Management of services supplies with different companies (eg. electricity, water, sewage, communications, post, etc.).
Management of hiring construction companies:
Financial control of the work and the completion of deadlines.
At the end of the works:
Drafting a building specifications report.
Data collection for signing the Title Deed of New Property and Horizontal Property.
Support to drafting the Articles for Residents’ Association.
Delivery of the complete documentation of homes to its new owners.
